Delete your account

Delete it yourself, any time

• In the app or on the web, sign in and open Profile.
• Under Privacy & security, tap Delete my account.
• Confirm with your password (or, if you sign in with Google, type your email address).

What gets deleted

Your account, profile, chats, documents, drafts, saved research, deadlines, comparisons, notifications and app devices are permanently deleted right away. If you are the only member of your organization, the organization and all of its data are deleted too. If you belong to a team, team matters you created stay with the team and are handed to the organization owner.

What we keep

Security and billing records we are legally required to keep (for example invoices) may be retained for up to the statutory period, after which they are deleted.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through Google Play or the App Store. Cancel it in your device's subscription settings first.

Can't sign in?

Use password reset first. If you still can't get in, reply to any email from Legalis and ask us to delete your account. We'll verify that you own the address and complete it within 30 days.
